By using the service you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

QLIX is a “relationship operating system” offering a digital business card, link-in-bio, and a smart CRM. Features may change over time.

You are responsible for the security of your account credentials. Additional conditions may apply to users under 16 / [LAWYER: applicable age].

• Do not share unlawful, misleading, or rights-infringing content.
• Spam, malware, and unauthorized data scraping are prohibited.
• Do not compromise the security or integrity of the service.

Paid plans are billed monthly/annually; payments are processed via Stripe. On cancellation, access continues until the end of the current period.

[LAWYER / HUMAN REVIEW] The refund/withdrawal policy (EU consumer right of withdrawal — Widerrufsrecht, 14 days) must be clarified.

The QLIX brand, logo, and software are ours. You retain the rights to content you upload; you grant us the license needed to operate the service.

The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages.

[LAWYER / HUMAN REVIEW] Liability limitation and warranty disclaimer clauses must be adapted to the jurisdiction.

We may suspend or close your account for breach of these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

We may update these terms; we will notify you of material changes.
